Can I read the pages in the language I want?

Not literally, but you can read this web site in English and Spanish. You don't need to choose the language you want every time you visit a page. You can do this just by setting up the language you want in your browser.
Mozilla, Netscape 4.x and later
Use
     Edit -> Preference -> Navigator -> Languages

Note: with Netscape 4.x you need to make sure you select the language from the available choices.

Netscape 3.x(Unix/Linux/*BSD)
Agregue
     *httpAcceptLanguage: [preferred language string]

to the Netscape app-defaults file or ~/.Xresources or ~/.Xdefaults.

Internet Explorer 5.x and later versions
     Tools (or Extras) -> Internet Options -> Languages

Internet Explorer 4.x
     View -> Internet Options -> General/Languages

Internet Explorer 5.x for MacOS
     Edit -> Preferences -> Web Browser -> Language/Fonts

The information was taken from Debian GNU/Linux's web site.
